We never want finances to be a barrier to your growth, which is why we ask that you give something (no matter how small) based on your ability as a commitment to the process. However, we do ask you to cover the cost of any materials (books, assessments, etc) that may be part of the process.

This ministry is only possible because of generous donors that want to see people walk closer with God and to thrive. We ask that you also consider paying it forward to someone else who is need of help.

Based on personal and professional experience I specialize in people struggling with mental health (and the internal/external stigmas that may arise with it), college students, young adults and professionals, entrepreneurs, and people in ministry.

However, we happily serve anyone who is in need of guidance and support, and may also be able to point you to someone who could be a better fit.

Sessions are flexible on your schedule and location. We can do “telehealth” sessions over zoom, but we can also meet in person. So that you feel you have privacy and things feel safe we have a private office where we host sessions.

Spiritual direction is a process in which an individual meets with a spiritual director to explore their spiritual experiences, beliefs, and practices. The goal of spiritual direction is to help the individual deepen their relationship with God and to gain a greater understanding of their purpose in life.

Spiritual formation refers to the process of growing and maturing in one's spiritual life. It encompasses both the internal work of the individual's spiritual development and the external influences that shape that development. This can include practices such as prayer, meditation, study of spiritual texts, service, and community involvement. The goal of spiritual formation is to deepen one's relationship with God, to gain greater self-awareness, and to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life. It is a lifelong journey, and is often accompanied by a spiritual director, mentor or guide who helps the individual to reflect on their experiences, and to discern the action of the Spirit in their life.

Soul care is the practice of nurturing and caring for one's innermost being, often referred to as the soul. The ultimate goal of soul care is to allow God into the places of our heart that are neglected or hurt, and to help an individual connect with their inner self, gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and emotions, and develop a sense of inner peace and well-being. A spiritual director can assist in this process by helping to assess one's emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being and providing guidance and practices for self-care and growth.

Existential refers to the nature of existence or being. It often explores themes such as the search for meaning and purpose, the experience of isolation and alienation, and the nature of consciousness and the self. The frameworks people often use to process these questions have been based in philosophy, spirituality, and psychology.

A spiritual director helps individuals find meaning and purpose in their lives in relation to God and others. Existential issues often arise when we are confronted by our humanity in realities such as death, freedom, and isolation. In general, the term can be used to describe the human experience of existing and facing the ultimate questions and challenges that come with it.
